I use it every day for class and I plan to use it for more recreational purposes when the opportunity arises. I purchased the 32 L size and I am constantly amazed by how much useful space is available. So far, the largest load I've filled it with included my 13-inch macbook, a 1-inch textbook, two 3-ring binders, a notebook, a Bible, a change of clothes, a water bottle, and a sizable bag of pens, pencils, calculator, and other supplies. The pack handled the whole thing beautifully and I'm sure I could have fit more in. The main compartment doesn't look like it, but is ENORMOUS. The front zipped compartment is really simply designed with just a few pockets for necessary items, but the main portion of it is deep and spacious. There's a buckled elastic pocket on the very front, too that is really useful and easy to access. Two more small zipped pockets on top hold my sunglasses and my keys/ID perfectly. The elastic side... I originally wanted black but ended up getting the forge grey color because it was a good deal cheaper at the time. My only complaint is that it can almost have a slight green tint in certain lighting. I use the deep side pockets to hold my expensive sunglasses in their case) and my key lanyard. The other pocket holds my water bottle. Overall, the side pockets do a good job concealing anything valuable. Next, the back pack has numerous pockets and pouches. The most creative pocket sits on the very top, right before the main pocket that holds all your books. I love this pocket because it's like a mini-pencil pouch. I put two pencils and an eraser in it. This makes it so you don't have to find your pencil case every time. Next, there's another mini-pocket on the front face of the back pack.
