I used it only towards the end of a 14 hour flight and for probably hours 10-12 it worked well, but toward the end, nothing was going to save me just being uncomfortable... if you can't sleep sitting, an inflatable pillow isn't going put you to sleep. Make sure to read the size carefully, it's not small as it appears in the photo, rolled up, I could stuff it in long carry-on but it probably wouldn't fit in a regular size backpack... 7 of 8 people found the following review helpful  great cushion, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Thermarest Camp Seat (Sports) First and foremost, I love that this cushion is made in the USA. I really hate to purchase items made in China, and avoid doing so at every chance. Secondly, this cushion is very comfortable, and very adjustable. Different situations call for different amounts of air, and this is easily adjusted. It even works well when folded in half (I have a seat with a large "dip" in it that this fills perfectly when folded).I was surprised how large it is, though. The other Thermarest camp seats sounded like they might be too small for my use, but in actuality may have been better.
