It costs less than other brands and puts out very bright light. it uses 3 AAA batteries so you dont have to worry about spending a fortune on those 123 Lithium batteries. The headband will not size up enough to suit me, it's just too tight. It needs at least another inch of adjustment on all 3 bands.
