I just have to deal with only one until I get another one. I give them 5 stars including the bluetooth system. I love this product. Easy to install, operate, and learn! I have conversations at speeds of 60-65 miles per hour easily. This is a most have if you own a bike and ride regularly. After a full charge, I paired the two with no problem. I decided to install 1 in my wife's helmet and and test it out. She could hear me just fine but I could not hear her. Being in electronics, I did not give up hope. I paired her unit to her phone, again no problem. I could not hear her but she can hear me just fine. This determined that it was a bad mic. I made sure it was facing the right way since they are very directional. Just to say, I was extremely disappointed but really not surprised. Units like this (Sena and J&M) go for 300 and up.
